mag walking as exercise ka lang muna mommy, yung mga gamot prescribed yun ng OB. at alam din po ng OB kelan kayo dapat induced labor. take your time mommy, stay healthy and safe.

Last Ultrasound

Iba yung unang ultrasound ko and last ultrasound kaya diko alam kung ano ung susundin ko. That was my last ultrasound so far if yan bibilangin ko Im 37 weeks preggy. But pag ung unang ultrasound ko. Im in 35 weeks and 6days palang. So mga momshie ano dapat sundin may 1st or last ultrasound
