Stomach Cramps at 2nd trimester

Hello mummies to be ! I’ve been having stomach cramps on & off these few days. I’ve just turned 18 weeks. Is it normal or should i be concern ? Abit worried as i’m a first time mum to be. Thanks in advance !

I believe its normal as long as theres no bleeding and not intense. As im in 17 weeks and since start of pregnancy till now i still get on & off cramps. And starting to be more often as my bump grows
