Asam folat

Halo bunda yg sdh berpengalaman. Mau tanya. Hmpir seminggu sy jeda minum tablet sama folat nya krna lg hbs dan di bidan sy jg lg ksong. Akhirnya sy beli dr olshop kn. Trus kalo minum nya skrg di double utk mngejar ketertinggalan slma 7 hr kmren boleh gak sih? Mhon di jwb buat parents yg paham.
