39weeks.. Is this true sign of labor?

Hello po! 39weeks na po ako.. Nagpa-IE ako and 1cm na ako & nung afternoon nakakaramdam ako ng pain na panay-panay. Naglalast ng 1min yung pain and every 5 to 10 mins. ang interval. Friday na ngayon at 2 days nadin akong hindi napagkakatulog kasi ineendure ko yung pain and ngayon yung pain ay nagraradiate na hanggang sa lower back & balakang ko. Nagle-labor na ba talaga ako?
