Delayed Period of Almost 3 weeks

Good evening everyone..I have question since first time to be a mom..Last menstruation ko is on Dec. 8-12 and during my fertile days on Dec. 25-26 I have again period but spotting lang po sya then until now delayed pa po aku hindi pa po aku nagtry magpt kasi gusto ko na munang matapos ang month ng January..bout the symptoms di ko mafeel kasi busy aku sa work but I have many pimples on my face akala ko period ko na but till now wla pa..January 25 na ngayon..Possible po kaya na I'm pregnant?nagtka lang aku kasi 2 months aku dinalaw nang period but on the second parang spotting lang sya..
