Viral Dhiarrhea

Hello mommies, my L.O. just turned 1 year old yesterday but he has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting since Jan 4. He took meds on Jan 6 and by Jan 8 he got better. But by Jan 10 symptoms returned. Early next day his temperature went up so we decided to do fecalysis at 7am and results showed normal levels of wbc / bacteria in the poop and no parasites detected. Doctor prescribed baby with paracetamol to ease the temperature and he was ok for the day. By Sunday he started pooping more frequently and went on coupled with more vomiting that we decided to admit him by Monday evening because fever again kicked in. We were at the hospita until Wednesday late afternoon, vomiting and fever stopped, but lbm is still there until now. Have you experienced this with your baby/toddler? How did you treat it? Is it reaally viral diarrhea or something else? Thanks mommies!!
