Ako po pinapakain ako ng pineapple ng ob ko nun niraise ko sakanya na constipated ako. Tapos nun gusto nya na ako na manganak earlier than my edd, nirecommend din nya sakin ang pineapple or pineapple juice.

Yes. Pero mas preferred ko yung orange talaga yung maasim kesa dyan sa ponkan. Natatamisan kase ko sobra dyan.
