Mostly naman pwede, wag lang yung soft boiled egg or raw egg, tuna or unwashed fruits and veggies. masama kasi for babies if may bacteria or mercury yung food mo, but honestly. recommend and hard boiled egg 2-3x a day may choline or nakakapag help sa brain and spinal cord of baby, recommend po ng ob ko yan
