Ano po pde i first solid food kay baby 5 months po 😊

di niyo po i wait mag 6 mos, mi? usually po ang advised is 6 mos po pinagsosolids kasi ang babies. give po fresh fruits/veggies po. you can mix with breastmilk to make the consistency softer. if blw naman, you can try avocadoes po.
