Any tips po para umanak at 37weeks?

i gave birth at 37weeks. wala akong ginawa. naramdaman ko na lang ang labor signs. as much as possible, gusto ko manganak at 39 weeks para mas fully developed sia while in womb, though i understand na it is safe to give birth atleast 37 weeks. ang baby ang magbibigay ng sign na ready na siang lumabas.
