    minum air jahe,air jeruk,makan buah semangka dingin itu juga bisa mengurangi rasa mual. Makan dengan porsi sedikit,tapi sering. Untuk vitamin bunda bisa langsung cek bidan,sekalian usg untuk mengetahui letak kehamilannya dll.
