Hello, Any Mommy Here Is Still Breastfeeding LO while being Pregnant?

me but only halfway through my pregnancy. at first I was ok, no bad reaction, no cramps, no contraction, no bleeding. so my doctor and nurse gave me the green light to continue breastfeeding. but up till i reach 2nd trimester, my milk dropped so much, i started mix feed my LO with fm. then middle of 2nd trimester the nipple got very sensitive that sometimes nursing with my LO became uncomfortable. end of 2nd trimester I been starting to have cramps and got worse till it became a real contraction every time i am nursing my LO. so we decided to stop and wean off LO nearing my 3rd trimester.
