    makannya sedikit2 tp sering.. kalau jenis makanan/minuman tertentu itu tiap bumil bisa beda2, ada yg reda mualny pas makan manis, atau pas makan yg gurih, atau pas makan yg asem2, bunda coba explore aja apa yg lebih bikin bunda nyamannya.. kalau sharing pengalaman sy dlu, sy mual parah ketika makan nasi + air putih.. jd sy akalin, minum airnya ini air anget + madu, minum jus belimbing / melon yg agak dingin, jd susah kalau minumnya air dengan suhu ruangan.. kalau makanan nya saya alihkan ke kentang / mie / bihun / soun, seringnya makan tomyum, karna seger menurutku, tinggal cemplungin soun, sayur, daging.. intinya sering nyari makanan berkuah, seperti soto, sop, gulai, sop kaki, dll.. ditambah dengan minum susu + vitamin utk bantu asupannya.. tp ya balik lagi, tiap bumil bisa beda2 ya bun, bunda coba2 dan cari2 aja yg bikin nyaman..
