Perut bawah kanan keram sampai punggung bawah

Bunda bunda mau tanya dong ada yg sama ga usia kehamilan 5week perut bawah kanan nyeri keram sampai kepunggung(pinggang)bawah kanan rasanya seperti mau haid apakah itu normal..mohon pencerahannya bunda terimakasih🙏

    Mohon maaf bunda, dulu saya merasa kram setelah berhubungan badan 😁, dikehamilan kedua sudah berhenti berhubungan jadi sudah tidak merasa kram lagi
