Any tips po para mag tuloy tuloy na ang cm? Every morning walk nako and nag tatake na ng evening primrose 3x a day still 1 cm padin same last week sa IE, sumasakit sakit na balakang minsan and puson pero not sure if contractions yon since hindi po consistent. TIA sa mga mag sheshare 🙏🏻🫶🏻
