Bakit magka-iba ang lasa ng 180g at 375g/800g na Big pack? Sinong naka try na? Bumili kase ako ng small box yung 180g na Anmum sobrang iba ang lasa. Amoy at lasang kalawang kahit hinaluan ng fresh milk😩

Taking vitamins????

I am now 23 weeks pregnant and haven't tried any prenatal supplements but my baby is very active he is always punching and kicking. Is it okay to take prenatal vitamins even its too late???
