Nyeri bokong sebelah kanan 14 week

Hi bunda2, ada yang sama ga nyeri bokong sebelah kanan aja? Sebelumnya nyeri panggul kalo duduk terlalu lama, skrg turun ke bokong sebelah kanan aja.. pake koyo selama ini dan gerakan yoga sebentar sebelum tidur... ada solusi lain bund?
