pwede po nasal aspirator or small cotton buds. pwede nyo po patakan sa nose or cotton buds ng salinase para medyo lumambot ang booger.

Pinches of Pain in my Abdomen

Sis Im 18 weeks pregnantis but sometimes I feel pinches of pain in my abdomen. Is it Normal? BTW my OBgyne advice me when I'm 8 weeks pregnant that I needed to take bedrest due to subchoronic hemorrhage but because of lockdown in our area I cannot go for my follow up check up.

I, too, experienced such sensation mamsh until the 3rd trimester and I believe it is normal. I was diagnosed with subchorionic hemorrhage as well when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I was on total bedrest for a month but everything went well after that. My baby will be turning 3 months this 3rd of May 😊
