My toddler has a fever

Hi 👋 just new here... looking for suggestions pls. My 3 years old has fever now we went for covid test it's negative ! Thanks to Allah, any ideas on how to lower his fever and how many hours gap to give him a vitamins after giving medication for fever? #kidsfever
