poop with mucus

hi po mga momsh. ask ko lang po. mag.3 months na po si baby next week. mixed feed po sya. first time ko po to na.encounter. kagabi po kasi nag.poop si baby ng mistard yellow na mejo basa for 3x. ngayon araw naman po,3x na rin po syang nag.poop ng green,tas parang may mucus, pero hindi naman po iyakin si lo. nababahala na po ako. di ko naman po sya mapa.check up due to quarantine. picture attached po(excuse po sa kumakain). thank you po.

malunggay extract for baby

baby will be turning 3 months this coming april 2,2020. can i extract malunggay leaves and let my baby drink it?
