4 hour rule po ba sa gatas o 1 hour lang?

Please i need an advice. Nestogen po gamit namin sa baby namin na newborn. Within 4 hours okay pa po ba yung na timpla na milk?

is it safe to induce at 39 weeks?

I am due on nov 11.. but since there is an OB convention happening on Nov 12, my doctor is not available. So she suggested i will be induce tomorrow at 39 weeks. Is it safe? I'm having 2nd thoughts because i want a normal delivery. And she said if baby will not come out due to induction we will have a c section. My baby is cephalic, normal, no cord coil, not breech. All is good and in the right position. Any advice pls?
