Before i was pregnant My OB precription to take 100 tablets of folic acid & 50 tablets of vit. E
i getting pregnant for only 1 month comsuming thus tablets and my doc. Say before that the folic acid and vitamins is for 3 months . My question is i will stop to take the vit.e or continue im comfuse about it, because i know for sure folic acid i will continue but about vitamin e im still comfuse about it . Pls help me#firstbaby
