I pooped a while ago and saw a pink stain on my toilet bowl. I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Is it spotting?

It could be implantation bleeding which is normal during pregnancy. Do remember to book your gynae appointment asap, if you have not. Supplement like folic acid is very important during the first trimester too.
