Hello, is it not bad to drink Quatrovol and Calciumade at the same time? There are times when I forget to drink Quatrovol at the exact time, so I'll try taking it with Calciumade. Doesn't it have any bad side effects on the baby?

I have only eaten a little in a day. I really have no appetite, will this affect the baby in my womb

It will not affect the baby for first trimester! However, make sure you’re taking folid acid and your vitamins daily! It’s okay to eat a little, but make sure you’re eating quality food (like fruits, vegetables and protein meat) instead of junk food.

Is it okay to take vitamins on an empty stomach?

For me I do take vitamins on an empty stomach. However if you are concerned, you can eat something light like biscuits, bread or drink milo before taking your vitamins.
