Pa help Po pls Asap

Good morning Po, Ask ko lng Po sa FP ko injectable po gamit ko. Worried napo ako Nakalimutan ko Po Kasi mag pa inject netong march 2. then nagkaroon Po kami Ng sexcontact Ng march 7 Bali 1 week and 2 days napo akong walang inject, di napo ako nireregla since Sept. 2021. ano dapat ko gawin?
