    Mommy naranasan ko yan. Wag agad hihiga for aroun 20 mins after kumain. Tapos konting eat lang pero every after 2 hrs. Pag nasuka ka at ayaw tanggapin any food try skyflakes and water muna. Avoid mo citrus foods at mamantika.
