Paano malalaman kapag bumuka ang tahi sa first layer. Normal delivery

Hello mommies, paano po ba malalaman pag nag open yung first layer (outer) ng tahi? Feeling ko po kase bumuka yung tahi ko. Diko alam kung bakit. Bigla ko na lang na feel na bumuka pero di naman masakit. Please share your exp as well. Thank you
