3year old toothache

Im a first time mother, i have a baby with black molars already do you guys know diy to ease her pain before i go to the dentist. We're province based and going there takes more than an hour, so its kind of a bit of hassle din if we have to keep coming back. Plus toddlers have no patience cause only walkins..
