Bleeding/Spotting

Hi mommies! Me and husband are trying to conceive a child. This past week, I felt mild cramps sa right abdomen and pelvis region ko. Tapos nung Tuesday, nagbleeding ako na hindi naman nakakapuno ng pads. Then madalas mahilo from sitting to standing. Is it a sign na ba na successful pregnancy ito? I'm on my 10th day before ng regular period ko. Update: this morning lang, I had blood stains na naman sa underwear ko. Is it normal or need ko na magpa-consult? Napapraning ako kasi 2 days yung pagitan tapos dinugo ako ulit ☹️ #pleasehelp #advicepls

Hello po. Parang masydo pa din po sya maaga sa implantation bleeding kung 10 days before period. Pero nakakaconfuse din na may bleeding na. Pag regular period po around 14 days before period, ovulation pa lang. nagttrack po kayo ng fertile window nyo sa app po?
