Two weeks akong may seminar. Frozen naman ang breastmilk ko. Problem is 6 hours ang travel ko pauwi and inilalagay ko sya sa insulated bag. Balak ko iref pag uwi. Gaano katagal shelf life niya?

Is it possible na mainormal ko pa ang secod child ko after I had a c-section exactly more than 2 years ago? Magkaiba kasi ang say ng dalawang OB na binisita ko.
