Cefuroxime Zinacef for Infection

Hello. Uminom kasi ako ng Cefuroxime Zinacef for bacterial infection, is this safe? Simula kasi ng uminom ako nagkocontract ang tiyan ko.First time ko mag antibiotic sa buong pagbubuntis ko and Im now on my 32nd weeks. Ang sabi ng OB magbedrest lang daw ako, pero still worried pa din ako.
