Makanan hamil 2-3 bulan

Bunda waktu hamil 2 atau 3 bulan rutin konsumsi apa? Yg murmer tp bergizi dan mendukung buat janin ? Sy soalnya hilang nafsu makan, waktu hamil pertama jg gitu. BB turun drastis dlm sebulan ini dr 55kg jadi 48kg. Kasian nutrisi janinnya kurang maksimal
