    Apply ka muna sa sss kung wala ka acct. then dun kana mag ask how to start if clue less ka. also you need to pay atleast 3 months on your months of contigency. if may existing acct ka na just go to sss website to apply Mat1 then pay ka nalang.. maraming tutorial sa Yt.
