Hair Shedding/ Hair Falling

I am so disgusted and at the same time alarmed with this plenty of hair shedding every time I take a bath or whenever I brush my hair or tie it up. Even when I wake up in the morning, I could see my hair scattered on the sheets like I came from a cat fight with my sister. Actually, I did some research and found out that it's normal during postpartum phase. But could this get any worse? What's happening is no longer a normal hair fall. I'm afraid I might lose my entire crowning glory. Nobody likes to get bald, right? ? #4monthspostpartum #postpartumdilemma

same thing happened to me and based on my experience it lasted until my babies turned 1 yrs old. currently my hair is started to grow back again so i have unwanted short bangs hehe.. after taking a bath, try not to use a comb and instead use your hand to brush your hair.
