Hi mga mommies. I have my almost 9 month old and he is formula fed. Nag stop ako after almost 3 months of breast feeding dahil nag kasakit ako and I need to take antibiotic. Nag S-26 si baby ko. Nagustuhan niya naman so hindi ko na binalik sa breast feeding dahil nagwowork na rin ako. Pero ngayon, gusto ko sana mag-bf ulit. Any tips po para makapag relactate and how to do it properly? I am a first time mom with my 7 month old. At this point, pinapa-try na namin siya kumain ng solid foods like mashed vegies as advised by pedia. Kaso, lagi niyang sinusuka. Even cerelac. Hindi niya bet. Any tips po para sa madaling pagpapakain? Thank you po.

si lo ganyan din nung una kaso tiyagaan lang hanggang sa nasanay na siya.
