Umiinom ako ng MyraE at Snow Caps prior sa pregnancy ko pero wala naman effect yun sa reproductive natin. Mostly sa skin lang po yun. If trying to conceive ka po, ibibigay po yan ni God in His perfect timing. Eat healthy and avoid stress nalang po sa inyo ni hubby.
