Boy or Girl?

I am currently 26weeks pregnant (6mos.) On my 4th month mga 16 weeks ata yun nagpa ultrasound ako for confirmation if ilang weeks na si baby coz I have no idea if when ako nag conceive kasi di ako dinadatnan since nung nabuntis ako on my 1st baby kasi nag take ako ng pills for breastfeeding and ang Symptoms niya is hindi ka talaga bibisitahin at all. Nung nagpa ultrasound ako we found out na baby boy siya kahit sa anong view pa tignan ni doc. Pero sabi niya wag muna daw mag Gender Reveal coz may chance pa naman daw magbago ang Gender ni baby. Is that true???
