baby exploring?!

Hi Mommies...my baby girl is exactly 2 years old.we noticed lately na my time kpag papalitan sya ng diaper tinuturo nya private parts nya and keep on saying pepe tpos bumubukaka sya ayaw nya i-close at pati pagpalagay ng diaper nagagalit.that only happens everytime n papalitan ng diaper..is it normal?thank you
