Philhealth Indigent

Mga mhie, ano po ba requirements sa pagbukas ng Indigent Philhealth account? And mabubuksan po kaya agad siya? Para magamit ko sana sa panganganak ko sa March. Kapos na kapos po kasi kami need talaga namin ng Philhealth. Salamat po sa sasagot!

Hindi ko po sure kung ano pa hinahanap ng philhealth pero kuha na po kayo ng certificate of financially incapable sa c/mswdo sa munisipyo niyo po, brgy. Indigency and photocopy ng valid id po.
