very irritating , painful back pain

The pain of my lower back is so painful that it woke me up . It is very sore and bothering me ,this is the first that it is happening. I am about 12weeks and 6days. The pain is also on the lower side of my stomach, but it is not that painful as it is in my back . Has this happened to anyone?
