Constipated

Hi po! Baka meron po kayo recommended na laxative for pregnancy? Sobrang hirap ko po kasi mag bawas. Fruits and all nag try na po ako, nag water theraphy nadin wala padin po. Fybogel po kaya? Safe po kaya for pregnant?#pleasehelp
