inom ka po ng warm milk before bed time ang sabi ng OB ko kapag di talaga makatulog ang isang buntis manatili lamang na nakahiga sa kama sa oras ba dapat itutulog mo para nagpapahinga parin ang katawan mo kahit puyat kana.
