    Yung pagtigas po is normal, Braxton Hicks contraction po yan. Basta hindi sya nagiging regular at nawawala agad oag nagpahinga ka or kumain. Yung di paggalaw po, orasan mo.Dapat may atleast 10kicks si baby for 2 hrs. You may download the Full Term app para mamonitor mo yung contractions. 😊
