Hilang selera makan

Hi mommy semua , nak tanya .. saya first mom .. sekrang pregnant 9week . Selera makan semua hilang , tekak tak boleh terima makanan .. boleh suggest apa yang boleh saya gantikan dengan makanan berat selain nasi lauk pauk semua ?
