For our second baby, we decided to hire a nanny to spare myself some time from watching over two kids. The nanny from PEM was such a great help. The thing I like the most was the daily baby log update, I was able to keep track, adjust, and learn from her to give better care to my newborn. My elder kid loved playing with her as well!
