Mt A about 10k cash - 1 bedder , natural with Epi including baby bill (everything was normal for baby & mummy) no jaundice..etc extra fees.

It depends where is your preferred gynae located at. Both hospitals are good. But if you are talking about women specialist and give you better opinions, advice, solutions for anything pertaining pregnancy. Well perhaps would be KKH.
