Tanda-tanda kehamilan hilang

Bun aku hamil 10 minggu tapi tanda2 kehamilan (nyeri payudara, mual2) sudah mulai terasa hilang.. Netink banget kalau ga berkembang, mana jadwal dokternya besok hari sabtuu, ada yg pernah ngalamin hilangnya tanda2 kehamilan ga ya bunda2?

    gpp bun. aku dulu hamil ga ada tanda2nya juga, tp ya baik2 aja kok. positive thinking aja
