Milk reccomendation

Mommies I need help. My 4yr old daughter used to enjoy drinking milo and bearbrand. Be it hot or cold. Recently, she would end up vomiting both brands. Need help for milk recommendations po. Tried birch tree, didn't like theh taste.

Lactating goods

Mommies, have you tried making your own lactating spreads? If so, pa share naman mommies hehe wanted to make my own since my eldest seems to be wanting to breastfeed together with her 9mnth old brother. Btw, she's currently 4yrs old and forced her to wean at the age of 3 since I got pregnant unexpectedly with her brother.
