How Long Before Cc Calls Back?

Am due late April early May and I've registered my interest in a number of CC in my area for my 18 month old. I'm not confident I can look after newborn and my toddler on my own. Parents are quite elderly, I am not comfortable getting a helper and confinement nannies are expensive as I'm now a SAHM (bad job change experience plus ridiculous medical officer who refused to certify me fit when I'm just changing company but not industry) and we are watching our finances very closely. How long before a cc will call back with vacancy? I checked the ECDA site and the ones near my place claims there's vacancy within the year. Have called them but they claim they're full or will let me know closer to my intended registration date (which is March). Still no answer. Have been calling them every month. I started the interest process since last year October.
