    ubah pola hidup berdua suami, makan makanan sehat, jauhin makanan yg ga sehat, olahraga, mnum vitamin penunjang promil biar rahim dan sperma sehat, hindari begadang, hindari stres, hindari rokok alkohol, dan kalo perlu promil ke dokter
